Crystal Assurance Chartered Accountants seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Audit Senior position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit planning, and testing of controls. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Auditing or a relevant field. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit planning, and testing of controls.

·       The candidate will prepare financial statements using International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).

·       The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coaching audit staff

·       The candidate will provide guidance on additional procedures and technical matters

·       The candidate will be accountable for demonstrating strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Auditing or other relevant fields

·       Qualified member of a professional accounting body like ICAG or ACCA

·       Minimum of three years of proven work experience as an auditor

·       Comprehensive knowledge of control and auditing procedures

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
