FH Depot Company Limited is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a stock or inventory auditor. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company has accurate counts of it’s inventory and  also record stocks as it is delivery. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for this position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will record stocks when delivered

·       Candidate will undertake inspection and give effective advise on how they stock should be stored

·       Candidate will record day to day outside stocks

·       Candidate will make requests for refill of stocks in the warehouse

·       Candidate must ensure the right stocks are transferred to and from the warehouse

·       Candidate will coordinate the transfer of stocks between warehouses

·       Candidate will liaison with other departments to develop plans and procedures that will increase the efficiency of warehouse practices

·       Candidate will resolve routine equipment issues

·       Candidate must ensure goods received by the warehouse are matched with the actual invoices

·       Candidate will ensure delivery routes are planned accurately

·       Candidate will reconcile and key all necessary payments for trade deliveries

Qualification

·       Preferred gender: Male

·       Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Auditing or other related fields

·       Proven work experience in stock management

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Attentive to details
