JOSHOB Construction Company Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an IT Officer to ensure the smooth running, maintenance, and support of all IT systems across our Kumasi operations (office, workshop, warehouse, laboratory). The successful candidate will handle IT hardware/software installation, configuration, and licenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge in networking, hardware/software maintenance, and digital. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Manage and maintain network & communication infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi, intercoms, server connectivity, backups).

     ii.          Provide daily IT support for ~30 users (PCs, printers, software, security tools).

    iii.          Handle IT hardware/software installation, configuration, updates & licenses.

Requirements:

       i.          Minimum of 3 years' working experience in IT systems and support.

     ii.          Strong technical knowledge in networking, hardware/software maintenance, and digital security.

    iii.          Good troubleshooting, coordination, and vendor management skills.

   iv.          Support systems: biometric attendance, GPS Location: tracking, CCTV, fuel management, fleet software (technical functionality only)

     v.          Coordinate with ISPS & vendors (MTN, Vodafone, Telecel, etc.), ensuring quality services and best value

   vi.          Act as the main technical contact for all IT-related vendors and contracts.
