Hilson Computers Ghana Ltd is hiring a confident and energetic Sales Personnel for our West Legon branch. If you are smart, customer-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced IT retail environment, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will attend to walk-in customers and drive sales. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position.
Key Responsibilities
i. Attend to walk-in customers and drive sales
ii. Recommend suitable laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories
iii. Prepare quotations and invoices
iv. Handle payments and follow-ups
v. Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display
vi. Support basic social media promotion
Requirements
i. Minimum SHS qualification
ii. Basic computer literacy (email, WhatsApp, simple reporting)
iii. Confident communication skills
iv. Energetic and able to stand for long hours
v. Must live within or near West Legon
vi. We are looking for someone serious, disciplined, and ready to grow.
Salary
i. GHS 1,500 – 1,800 per month
ii. Plus performance-based commission (paid only upon meeting the monthly sales target).
