Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers to generate sales leads.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide clients with detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Representative, or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
