Inspirit Hive is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will act as a professional representative of the hotel, promoting all services and facilities to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building new business and clients and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:
i. Act as a professional representative of the hotel, promoting all services and facilities to prospective clients.
ii. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the hotel's rooms, amenities, packages, and event offerings to confidently match guest needs.
iii. Identify and target new business opportunities across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
iv. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners to drive repeat business.
v. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive selling strategies.
vi. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of guest expectations and contracted services.
Qualifications and Skills:
i. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality or related industry.
ii. Proven track record of building new business and clients and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
iii. Applicant should be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
iv. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
v. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
vi. Knowledge of Hotel operations and the hospitality Industry
vii. Strong organizational and time management skills.
viii. Proficiency in office suite and sales reporting tools
ix. Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
