Jportal is seeking the services of a qualified, hardworking, talented and detail-oriented individual for the position of Assistant Architect. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and design skills, excellent presentation abilities, and the capability to model and render architectural designs efficiently. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and 3D Max. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will design, model and render architectural projects using relevant software.

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.

·       The candidate must ensure compliance with architectural standards and project requirements.

·       The candidate will work closely with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

·       The candidate will be responsible for supervising the company’s construction projects to ensure design integrity and quality control.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or other relevant fields

·       Master of Architecture (March)

·       Must have completed National Service

·       Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and 3D Max

·       Strong ability to design, draft and model 3D architectural drawings

·       Excellent presentation skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines
