 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs and preparing comprehensive drawings, blueprints, specifications, construction documents, and as-built records.

Responsibilities:

·       Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.

·       Preparing detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

·       Creating as-built drawings and documentation.

·       Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

·       Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

·       Ensuring that all architectural projects comply with building codes, regulatory standards, and other relevant guidelines.

·       Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

·       Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

·       Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

·       A minimum of 5 years of previous experience as an Architect.

·       Excellent technical drawing skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mandatory software programs such as AutoCAD.

·       Knowledge of additional software programs such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Newforma is valuable but not mandatory.

·       Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Professional licensure in architecture is preferred.

·       Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.

·       Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

·       Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.
