Focus 1 Media is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing sales targets and strategies to achieve them. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position.
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will be responsible for establishing sales targets and strategies to achieve them.
ii. The candidate will be responsible for securing business contracts to generate revenue.
iii. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing operational processes for improvement and maximizing growth.
iv. The candidate will develop effective marketing campaigns for sales activities.
v. The candidate will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and pricing.
Qualification
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field
ii. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
iii. Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a sales executive
iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
v. Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
