As the number one supplier of school bags and water bottles in Ghana, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Job Description
As a Marketing and Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Offline Marketing

·       Developing and executing effective offline marketing strategies, including print advertising, outdoor advertising, and promotional events.

·       Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as schools, distributors, and retailers.

·       Organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.

Online Marketing

·       Creating and implementing comprehensive online marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

 

·       Optimizing our website and online store for search engines to increase organic traffic.

·       Managing and analyzing online marketing campaigns to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management

·       Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

·       Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

·       Providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.

·       Perform any other related roles that may be assigned by management

 Minimum Qualifications and Experience

·       HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing and target-driven environments

·       Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Strong organizational and time management skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
