Human Resource Manager
Wisconcin International University College, Ghana is on the lookout for passionate and qualified individuals for the position of the Human Resource Head.

Duties

·       The head of Human Resource management will manage the human resource department of the University.

·       The head of the Human Resource management report to the Registrar on the structural standing of the University.

·       The head of Huma Resource management will be tasked to manage and develop the human resource of the University.

·       The head of Human Resource has to develop and implement functional strategies that are aligned with the University’s mission, vision, goals and aspirations.

Qualification

·       Applicant must possess a minimum of postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields

·       Applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proven experience as an HR Manager or in other related fields.

Term of Office

·       Four-year term at inception ( Can be renewed if performance is satisfactory)
