CVA Experts are seeking the services of proactive, detail-oriented, qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Business Development Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and reaching out to potential clients online, submitting proposals on job platforms, and initiating calls or messages to drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound calls, leading generations, or proposal writing. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities:
i. The candidate will identify and apply for relevant business opportunities online (e.g., freelance job platforms, directories, and job listings)
ii. The candidate will craft customized proposals to win clients
iii. The candidate will call and email potential leads to promote CVA’s services
iv. The candidate will be responsible for meeting lead generation and outreach KPIs
v. The candidate will collaborate with the team for performance feedback and training
vi. The candidate must stay up to date with online sales tools, industry trends, and outreach strategies
Qualifications & Requirements:
i. Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
ii. Fluent in spoken and written English
iii. Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or proposal writing is a plus
iv. Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
v. Comfortable with freelance job platforms and business directories
