Gold Coast Foods Herbs & Spices – Producers of Sankofa natural spices, seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Sales Associate position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer questions and assisting them with requests. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for answering customer questions and assist with requests
· The candidate will be responsible for executing purchases and returns at the cash register while checking for accuracy
· The candidate will be responsible for restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor
· The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualification
· WASSCE
· Excellent time management skills
· Good negotiation skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
