Illas Realty seeks the services of qualified, passionate, and hardworking individuals for the Sales Team Lead position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team and developing and executing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate must at least have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
· The candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies
· The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
· The candidate will be responsible for negotiating deals
· The candidate must ensure client/customer satisfaction at all times
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts
· The candidate must ensure compliance with Ghana’s property laws and regulations
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or other related fields
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably with luxury real estate
· Excellent leadership and team management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
· Proficiency in report writing and sales analytics
· Strong understanding of Ghana’s property laws and regulations
