Life Insurance seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Sales Executives position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance services to clients and potential clients and ensuring their financial security and peace of mind. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with clients and potential clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance services and packages to clients.

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong understanding of life insurance offerings

·       The candidate will be responsible for presenting and explaining product features and benefits to clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and potential clients

·       The candidate must ensure all sales targets are achieved

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing periodic updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager

Qualification

·       Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

·       Familiarity with Tema and its environs is an added advantage

·       High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Remuneration

·       Support Allowance: GHS 800 - 1,000 monthly for the first 6 months.

·       Commission: Attractive commission structure in addition to the support allowance for the first 6 months.

·       Post 6 Months: Commission-based earnings with the opportunity for additional bonuses based on performance.

·       Training: Training will be provided.
