Vanguard Life Assurance is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position for the position of a sales Manager to oversee both retail and corporate sales operations. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will recruit, train and lead a high-performing sales team to consistently meet sales targets for cases and premiums
· Candidate will develop and implement sales strategies that will focus on prospecting and lead generations
· Candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and expand the company’s market presence
· Candidate will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Relation o a related field
· Proven experience in a sales leadership role
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite that is Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
· Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
