BrakoVerse Media is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of professionalism. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Handle social media content
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Word Document and Spreadsheet
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • University degree or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus

Schedule:

  • 30-40 hours per week
