Job Summary
The Sales Executive - FMCG is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG market.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
•  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
•  Identify and target new business opportunities, including new clients and market segments.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•  Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
•  Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
•  Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales deals.
•  Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and market feedback.
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
•  Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
•  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
•  Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry.
•  Strong understanding of the FMCG market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•  Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
•  Strong organizational and time management skills.
•  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
