Ingenio Gh a fast-growing Indigenous IT firm, is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a couple of qualified prospects and managing the decision-making process with these prospects to ensure closure. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and growing revenue through account planning, opportunity management and relationship buildings

·       The candidate will meet annual targets for sales and revenue profitability and customer satisfaction

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing a pipeline of qualified prospects and managing the decision-making process within these prospects to ensure closure

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing input for developing a  sales plan and monitoring its implementation

·       The candidate will maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients

·       The candidate will provide sales performance data  to support management decision-making

·       The candidate will use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded

·       The candidate will conduct a competitive analysis to keep up with industry trends, identify marketing opportunities and the development of new services and products

Qualification

·       2-3 years’ experience in sales/account management in an enterprise business solutions environment

·       Consultative-based selling skills

·       Experience in selling IT services/solutions/products

·       Ability to work independently and should be proactive and contribute to the company’s  strategy and decision-making processes, providing relevant inputs

·       Analytical thinker who can plan/execute actions to exploit sales opportunities

·       Strong IT skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
