PixelByte Media Ghana is seeking to employ hardworking and qualified individuals for the position of a Human Resource Manager in Accra. The ideal candidate should be versatile and hand-on with manage all facets of HR practices and processs. The ideal candidate should be able to design, create and implement HR strategies that will help with the growth of the organization. PixelByte Media Ghana is a startup organization that specializes in a for of advertising called the Out-of-Home advertising. They provide innovative and impactful advertising solutions that improve brand visibility and engagement. Our mission is to transform the advertising landscape in Ghana through cutting-edge technology and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities: 

·       Design, create and implement Human Resource strategies and initiatives that coexists with business plans and strategies.

·       Assist executive and board members in questions and selecting of qualified individuals in recruitment periods.

·       Serve as a bridge between employee and stakeholders or management in address issues, demands and disputes.

·       Provide a helping in drafting plans for current and future business needs through the development, engagement, inspiration, and safeguarding of human capital. 

·       Create and analyze HR policies, schemes, strategies, and processes all over the organization.

·       Supervise and manage a routine promotion system that leads high performance.

·       Create and put to use HR policies and procedures that will bring about improvement in everyday work and lead to employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 

·       Proven working experience as an HR Manager or related roles.

·       Extensive knowledge of Human Resource systems.

·       Good writing and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

·       Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 

·       In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.
