Niche Ideas seeks the services of a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Marketer with a proven track record in sales prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be driven, independent, and capable of travelling if required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction across your allocated territory. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will use strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills to convert potential leads into customers.
· The candidate must maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
· The candidate must effectively present, promote and sell company services based on customer needs and the company’s offering.
· The candidate must consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a steady pipeline of cold and warm leads.
· The candidate must conduct weekly client appointments to build relationships and address customer needs.
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
· The candidate must establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
· The candidate will be responsible for leveraging existing clients to gain referrals and additional business opportunities.
Qualification
· Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients
· A valid driver’s license with experience in driving is an added advantage
· Must be willing to travel within the allocated geographic area for client meetings and other business needs
