Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales, Rentals & Business Development Executive to manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, close sales and rental deals, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with solid market knowledge and a proven track record in real estate. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Manage client inquiries, schedule viewings, and provide prompt follow-up.
ii. Conduct monthly business development activities and generate new leads.
iii. Negotiate and close sales/rental deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
iv. Collaborate with property owners and stakeholders, including external agents.
v. Keep accurate CRM records and submit regular reports.
Requirements
i. Experience: 2+ years in real estate sales or rentals (Ghana).
ii. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
iii. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, client service abilities, and market insight.
iv. Technical: Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
v. Other: Valid driver’s license; strong professionalism and presentation.
