Be Favored company is seeking for qualified, passionate and hardworking individuals for the position of a Retail Sale Associate for instant employment. The Retail Sales Associate will report directly to the Retail Manager. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer and people services, keep store environment well-stocked and visually appealing and also support the sales effort of the company.

Responsibilities

·       Candidate must cordially welcome customer and clients to the store and answer all questions posed to them by these customers and clients.

·       Candidate should make sure customers and clients are very satisfied with the delivery and provision of services

·       Candidate must provide accurate information to clients at all times

·       Candidate must make sure stock are shelved nicely and systematically with price tags attached to them

·       Candidate must have knowledge on all products at the store

·       Candidate must relay customer feedback to the Retail Manager

Requirements

·       Proven experience in retail operations

·       Have an idea of the process for sales and retail

·       Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

·       Capability to build trust with customers and clients

·       Ability to work very well under pressure

·       Availability and flexibility to work various shifts

Skills

·       Candidate must have good interpersonal skills

·       Candidate must be good problem solvers
