Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource and Administrative Manager (preferably male) to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise all human resource and administrative activities for the Southern Sector of the company to achieve optimum utilization of human potential.
Responsibilities
i. Implements Human Resource Policies
ii. Handles recruitment, selection, and orientation/induction.
iii. Administers employees' performance measurement
iv. Generates and maintains employees' records
v. Administers wages and salaries - compensation & total reward
vi. Effectively handles employees' grievances and deviances to avoid or control industrial unrest to ensure industrial peace
vii. Interacts with heads of departments to ensure that their human capital needs are timely Assesses employees' performance to identify opportunities for coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
viii. Prescribes and executes disciplinary measures in line with the Labor Act 2003 (ACT 651). Processes workmen's compensation claims
ix. Liaises between the Company and HR related stakeholder organizations such as the Labor Department, Factory Inspectorate, CHRAJ, SSNIT, etc.
x. Prepares monthly reports
Qualification
i. A first degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
ii. A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be an advantage.
iii. Must have a professional certificate in Human Resource Management (CIPD, IHRMP, SHRM, PHR, etc).
iv. Five (5) to eight (8) years of working experience in HR roles.
v. Previous experience from the manufacturing Sector will be an added advantage
