Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resource and Administrative Manager to lead our HR and administrative functions. This role will play a critical part in supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and manufacturing goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Prepare payroll and employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee performance management systems to maximize employee productivity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to enhance workforce skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution fairly and consistently.
  • Monitor and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Manage office operations and administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

 Requirements:

  • 5 years or more proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build and motivate high- performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
