Gigi Beauty Bar is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at both salons to ensure efficiency and consistency. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolutions skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Oversee daily operations at both salons to ensure efficiency and consistency.
ii. Implement and maintain SOPs across locations to uphold Gigi’s standards of clean beauty and client care.
iii. Manage and support salon managers, front desk coordinators, and service providers.
iv. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
v. Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction at both locations.
vi. Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and follow-up.
vii. Partner with marketing to grow local visibility and online presence.
Qualification
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field
ii. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in salon/spa or retail management, including multi-location responsibility
iii. Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
iv. Passion for non-toxic beauty, wellness, and exceptional client care
v. Proficiency in salon software), Google Workspace, and POS systems
