Responsibilities
· Candidate will be responsible managing large number of incoming phone calls.
· Candidate must be able to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication
· Candidate must be able to meet personal and organizational targets as a Customer Experience Executive
· Candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints and have the ability to provide the necessary solutions and alternatives.
Qualification
· Bachelors Degree in a related field
· Proven experience in working as a Customer Service representative or other related fields.
· Excellent time-management skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize more important tasks.
