RX Health is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the company’s revenue generation efforts, driving private sector growth, and expanding our footprint in the healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, promoting and selling our hospital-related software solutions, and successfully closing deals to support the company’s mission of transforming healthcare delivery through technology. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate must have prospect and engage private sector clients, including hospitals, private clinics, and healthcare networks, etc. to generate new business.
ii. The candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
iii. The candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, IT directors, and C-suite executives.
iv. The candidate presents and demonstrates our software solutions, tailoring pitches to address client needs and pain points.
v. The candidate will negotiate contracts and closes deals to secure long-term partnerships.
vi. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with directors and management to align sales strategies with business goals.
