Qualification

· Proven work experience in Business Development within the HR outsourcing industry
· A strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential
· Ability to identify and develop new markets
· Ability to deliver compelling presentations and effectively promote the company’s products and services to both potential and existing clients
· Must be able to support marketing campaigns and represent the company at conferences
