WhiteCap is seeking qualified, hardworking, and motivated individuals for the position of Front Desk Officer. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
ii. Manage calls, emails, and correspondence
iii. Organize appointments, meetings, and visitor logs
iv. Provide clerical support to the HR & Admin departments
Qualification
i. Diploma in Business Administration or related field
ii. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a front desk or customer service role
iii. Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills
