DCG Consulting group is on the market for passionate and qualified individuals for the position of a client relations and administrative assistant. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or similar fields.
Responsibilities
· Candidate must provide administrative support to clients and other staff.
· Candidate will work hand-in-hand with other staff to supervise and organize day to day tasks and processes in the organization
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· Proven experience working as a customer service officer or working as an administrative staff
· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and clients.
· Exercise empathy and patience when dealing with customer or client inquiries, questions and complaints.
· Good attention to detail
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in the usage of Information Technology devices, customer service software and other relevant tools.
