ECO-ME Africa is seeking passionate and experienced individuals for the position of an Administrative Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a WASSCE certificate and proven experience as a production manager.

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to other staff.

·       Candidates will prepare and distribute documents, reports and presentation within the organization.

·       Candidates will help superiors supervise organizational day to day tasks and process

·       Candidates must keep personal and organization records confidential.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business Administration or other relevant fields.

·       Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office suite and administrative softwares

·       Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

·       Good time-management skills

·       Great teamwork
