A reputable public sector organization is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an IT Officer. The ideal candidate will maintain and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software and networks. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities:

·       Candidate will maintain and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

·       Candidate will provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues.

·       Candidate must implement and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data.

·       Candidate will manage software licenses and ensure compliance with IT policies.

·       Candidate will assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.

Requirements:

·       A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

·       At least 3 years of experience in IT support and administration.

·       Strong knowledge of network management and cybersecurity principles.

·       Proficiency in IT hardware, software, and systems.

·       Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
