Merlot Culinary is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Receptionist. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Greet clients, guests, and employees in a warm and professional manner
ii. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
iii. Draft basic correspondence and reports when needed
iv. Distribute incoming messages and packages to staff
v. Track inventory and request office supplies for the front desk
Qualifications:
i. BSc in a related field is a plus.
ii. Work experience, 2 – 4 years with proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar roles.
iii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
iv. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
v. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
vi. Ability to work six days a week.
vii. Strong leadership and communication skills.
viii. Customer service-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
ix. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
