Cash Point Gh is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a Credit Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and recruiting clients to grow the company’s client base. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualification;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will prospect and recruit clients to grow the company’s client base.

     ii.          The candidate will review loan requests and conduct financial and non-financial evaluations to ascertain client creditworthiness.

    iii.          The candidate must ensure proper documentation and filing of client information.

   iv.          The candidate will analyze risks and recommend approval or rejection of loan requests.

     v.          The candidate will be responsible for setting up payment plans with clients and ensuring effective loan collections.

   vi.          The candidate will be responsible for maintaining updated records of loan applications, monitoring, and recovery efforts.

  vii.          The candidate will establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a retention rate of over 80%.

viii.          The candidate will maintain a Portfolio At Risk (PAR) below 2% at all times.

   ix.          The candidate will be responsible for safeguarding company assets and exhibiting exemplary corporate behavior.

     x.          The candidate will carry out any other assignments as deemed necessary by the institution.

Qualification

       i.          Minimum of a Diploma/HND in a relevant field

     ii.          Proven experience in a similar role in microfinance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.

    iii.          Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.

   iv.          Excellent organizational and time management skills.

     v.          Reside in or be willing to relocate to Esiama.
