Responsibilities
· The candidate will manage office administration, correspondence, and supply inventory
· The candidate must greet clients, answer calls, and maintain service standards
· The candidate will organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
· The candidate will prepare reports and assist with general office duties
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relation Management or equivalent
· Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Good multitasking and organizational skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
