YomYom is a logistics marketplace. Since its establishment in 2015, YomYom has provided transportation logistics services to SMEs in Ghana. We are seeking a Finance and Administrative Manager to join our Business Operations Team as the newest member of this fast-growing logistics company. You will join a team in transition and growth. YomYom is growing, and our revenue team is challenged to scale and ensure the integrity of our revenue accounting. You will be responsible for implementing our revenue policy and automation system. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the accounting role and management/admin;
Accounting Role - Qualification
i. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
ii. Experience in preparing accounts and financial reports
iii. Proficient in accounting software
iv. Skilled in Google Docs, Sheets, and digital tools
Management/Admin - Qualification
i. Office management experience
ii. Knowledge of petty cash handling and expense tracking
iii. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
iv. Reliable in meeting deadlines and supporting team operations
v. Effective communicator and team collaborator
