WhiteCap is seeking qualified, hardworking, and motivated individuals for the position of HR & Administrative Manager. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, training, and employee welfare. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Oversee recruitment, training, and employee welfare
ii. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
iii. Manage performance appraisals, payroll, and compliance
iv. Ensure efficient office administration and staff support
Qualification
i. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
ii. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration
iii. Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices
