Meridian Max Industries is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and results-oriented individuals for the position of Help Desk Officer. The ideal candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling multiple tasks for the company. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for responding to user inquiries via phone, email or chat

·       The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving client complaints and requests

·       The candidate must maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues and solutions

·       The candidate will be responsible for educating users on new technologies, software and security protocols

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Good knowledge of CRM systems and methodologies

·       Capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize duties and manage time efficiently
