Main purpose
The IT Support Officer serves as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance within agency.
Responsibilities
• Providing professional and courteous support for supported software.
• Computing platforms and addressing technical queries over the phone.
• The role involves managing cloud solutions
• Overseeing computation, storage, network, and security in a hybrid cloud environment.
• As part of a collaborative team, the IT Support Officer responds to desktop and laptop help desk requests.
• Escalating issues when necessary to ensure efficient problem resolution.

Position Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related specialising in Information Systems Development and Administration.
Professional
• Administrator/Solution Architect Associate/MCSA/Cloud Architect/Data Engineer
Experience
• At least three(3) years' experience of cloud administration
