Michael Stevens Consulting Ghana is seeking to recruit a General Manager. The successful candidate will manage the business effectively through planning and execution. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· Manage the business effectively through planning and execution
· Monitor the company's financial situation on a daily basis
· Control expenses without adversely affecting business performance
· Seek new ways to increase and develop business opportunities
Qualifications Required & Experience
· Good qualification in business administration
· A minimum of 10 years of working experience
· Skills and knowledge in the services (preferably the leasing/transport) sector
· Must have good financial qualifications or training - budgeting & financial qualifications planning is essential
· Excellent communication and networking skills are essential
· Must be sensitive to cultural differences
· The ability to recruit staff and monitor performance
· Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management
