Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day Financial Operations
- Maintain accurate financial records across all Reign entities (Ghana & UK)
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing
- Manage payroll for full-time, part-time, and contract staff
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash positions
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations in all operating jurisdictions
2. Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and update monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts
- Create and manage annual budgets across different departments and markets
- Produce financial reports with variance analysis against budget and actuals
- Support scenario planning and pricing models for new product launches or market entries
- Conduct revenue forecasting based on historical and market data
3. Strategic Analysis & Support
- Build robust, investor-ready financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Track and report on key business metrics, unit economics, and performance by territory
- Support fundraising activities by preparing financial documentation for due diligence
- Collaborate with the CEO on financial storytelling for pitch decks and board updates
4. Multi-Entity & International Coordination
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation across entities
- Support transfer pricing strategies and currency impact assessments
- Provide consolidated reporting across all legal entities
- Liaise with international accountants, auditors, and tax consultants
5. Financial Systems & Process Improvement
- Implement and optimize accounting software and digital tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, inventory systems)
- Develop internal SOPs, controls, and reporting standards
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Train and support internal team members on financial systems and literacy
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, preferably in a high-growth or multi-entity business
- Strong proficiency with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.) and Excel/Google Sheets modeling
- Experience managing multi-currency accounts and cross-border financial operations
- Track record of creating and maintaining financial forecasts and models
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Knowledge of compliance and tax regulations in Ghana
- Experience in the beverage, FMCG, or luxury goods sector
- Familiarity with fundraising, investor relations, or due diligence processes
