World Recruit Services is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an IT Security Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee and make high-level decisions on security policies, review them annually, and coordinate formal risk assessments with relevant teams. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in cybersecurity or a similar role in the tech industry. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will oversee and make high-level decisions on security policies, and review them annually. And coordinate formal risk assessments with relevant teams.

     ii.          The candidate will develop, maintain, and disseminate information security policies and ensure compliance with standards like PCI DSS.

    iii.          The candidate must ensure that third parties handling company data meet security requirements and manage external connections according to policy.

   iv.          The candidate will be responsible for monitoring logs and alerts daily, following up on anomalies, and maintaining up-to-date incident response and escalation procedures.

Qualification

       i.          Must have at least 4 years of work experience in a cybersecurity or similar role in the tech industry.

     ii.          Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT systems, cybersecurity, or a related field
