Bills Micro Credit, a reputable non-bank financial institution situated in Accra with branches across the country requires the services of qualified and hardworking IT Officers. The ideal candidate should be an ambitious and technically inclined young man with knowledge and practically proven experience in computer networking, hardware and VoIP Telephone Services. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will demonstrate ability to administer and manage computer network systems and VoIP devices.

·       Candidate must demonstrate ability to configure switches, routers, network printers, network cable termination, DHCP, DNS and many others.

·       Candidate will manage organization’s IT infrastructure

·       Candidate will develop and implement IT policies and procedures

·       Candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff

Qualification

·       Bachelors in IT or equivalent

·       Candidate must be between the ages of 20 to 30 years

·       A certificate in Networking and telephone services

·       Proven work experience in IT support or administration

·       Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks
