Eskel Car Rentals and Tours Company, a company that specializes in car rental, tours, and logistics, providing unforgettable travel experiences to our clients is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Tour Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, managing travel and tourism activities, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and driving sales. This position involves planning itineraries, coordinating with service providers, booking transportation and accommodations, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will plan and organize tour itineraries for clients.

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation and accommodations.

    iii.          The candidate will provide excellent customer service and support during tours.

   iv.          The candidate will collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance tour offerings.

Qualification

       i.          Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism

     ii.          Strong Customer Service skills

    iii.          Proficiency in managing Reservations

   iv.          Sales experience

     v.          Good communication and interpersonal skills

   vi.          Ability to coordinate and multitask

  vii.          Familiarity with local attractions and travel industry trends

viii.          Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field preferred

   ix.          A diploma, HND, or Degree in tourism management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.

     x.          Possess a valid Tour operating license

   xi.          Passion for travel and customer satisfaction
