About the Role

A leading professional services firm is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in Ghana.

This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with strong networks and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships across multiple industries.

 Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive client acquisition across corporate, public sector, and development organisations
  • Identify and convert high-value business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closure

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

3. Market Expansion & Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop sector-specific strategies to drive growth
  • Build and maintain a robust database of prospects

4. Proposals & Deal Execution

  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Participate in bids, tenders, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate internally to ensure seamless service delivery

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with solutions
  • Track performance metrics and report on sales activities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client records

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or consulting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling professional or corporate services is an advantage
