Regal Crest Travel & Tour is seeking qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kumasi, Ghana. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also assist with providing information about travel and tour services, managing bookings, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. vii. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
i. Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
ii. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
iii. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
iv. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
v. Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
vi. Degree in relevant studies
vii. Minimum 2years of experience in the same role
