The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and expanding the customer base of the company. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and expanding the customer base of the company
· The candidate will introduce products and related company services to customers and ensure that customers are provided with detailed information of the product offerings
· The candidate will be responsible for providing support in new business generation to achieve set business targets
· The candidate must maintain strong stakeholder relationships with customers
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the customer complaint management process and conveying the solutions to the customers
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or other related field
· 1 – 2 years of proven experience in sales or customer services
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Proven work experience as a sales officer or equivalent
· Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage
