The successful candidate will source and convert new leads across real-world networks. Job Summary
We’re launching a new art sales division within our fast-moving creative company, and we’re looking for our first Creative Sales Agent to help build it.
This isn’t a creative assistant or art gallery role. This is a sales-first, outreach-heavy opportunity for someone who can prospect, pitch, and close consistently. You’ll be introducing new clients and talent to creative concepts that are expanding into art sales and visual culture.
You’ll work with a high-performance team that values clarity, speed, and results, and you’ll report directly to leadership that expects accountability (no excuses). This is a Day 1 opportunity with real potential to grow into team leadership and regional representation based on performance.
Responsibilities
i. Source and convert new leads across real-world networks
ii. Introduce our creative products and talent opportunities to new prospects
iii. Follow a structured CRM process with weekly task accountability
iv. Track and own your performance metrics and sales pipeline
v. Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and persuasive communication
vi. Work cross-functionally with Creative, Operations, and Recruiting teams
Requirements

ii. Prior demonstrable experience in sales, recruiting, talent acquisition, or deal-making
iii. Comfort with outbound outreach, rejection, and high-volume prospecting
iv. Ability to manage CRM workflows with discipline and consistency
v. Self-motivated, reliable, and independent, and reliable, where you don’t need constant check-ins to execute
vi. High emotional intelligence and communication skills (especially over text/video)
vii. A team-first attitude and a commitment to delivering on expectations
viii. Bonus: Familiarity with hospitality, art, design, or lifestyle branding industries
