A reputable company is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly. The candidate will perform monthly bank reconciliation. Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly
· The candidate will prepare and process invoices receipts and payments
· The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing cash flows
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing budgets, financial reports and tax returns
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
· 3 to 5 years experience in accounting
· Strong knowledge of financial regulation and accounting principles
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
